Asnera is run by Hanh Consulting Inc. (“we”). This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your account: name, email, company, your LinkedIn profile URL, and the setup you enter (offer, ideal clients, voice, writing samples, facts about you).
- Files you upload: your LinkedIn connections export, offer documents and report templates.
- Public LinkedIn information about your connections: when you sort, enrich or run a list, we look up the public profile and recent public posts of the people in it (for example headline, location, role, posts and their dates).
- Your LinkedIn messages file, only if you choose to upload it: the file is read in your browser and is never uploaded. We keep a short summary per person you have talked to: their name and profile link, the dates of your first and last message, who wrote last, how many messages, and up to the last eight messages (plus the last one from each side if it is older), each cut to 240 characters.
- What Asnera writes for you: scores, Sales Signal Reports, DMs, warm openers, follow-ups, and the replies you paste in.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your plan, subscription status and Stripe customer ID, never your card details.
- Technical data: logs and error reports needed to run and fix the service.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: sorting your connections against your offer, finding the ones worth talking to, and writing reports and messages in your voice. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it. We never send messages on your behalf and never log in to your LinkedIn account: you send everything yourself.
Your LinkedIn account
Asnera never logs in to your LinkedIn account and never asks for your LinkedIn password, session cookie or a browser extension. Your connections come only from the data export you download from LinkedIn yourself. Public profile and post lookups are made by Apify on its own servers and are not linked to your account, so nothing appears in LinkedIn as activity from you. Asnera never views profiles, sends connection requests, likes, comments or messages from your account.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (database, login and file storage, hosted in the EU, Ireland).
- Vercel (website) and Railway (processing servers).
- Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini): AI models that score people and write reports and messages. They receive the profile details and posts needed for the task, your setup and, for warm openers, the message summaries described above.
- Apify: looks up public LinkedIn profiles and posts.
- Stripe (payments), Resend (emails about your runs) and Sentry (error reports).
- Your own tools, only if you connect a webhook: run results are sent to the address you set.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. “Reset” archives your runs and lists so you can start fresh, and can be undone, so it does not delete them. Deleting your account (below) removes your data and files from our systems; copies in backups expire within our backup cycle. Sales Signal Report PDFs are stored at long, unguessable links so you can send them to prospects; anyone with a link to can open it.
Your choices and rights
- Download everything: Your setup → Your data → Download all my data.
- Delete your account: Your setup → Your data → Delete my account. This cancels any subscription and cannot be undone.
- Remove your messages summaries at any time: Your setup → Warm openers → Delete my conversations.
- Correct your details in Your setup, or email us for anything else, including access, correction or deletion requests from people who appear in a customer’s connections.
About the people in your network
You are responsible for having the right to use your own connections and messages with Asnera, and for contacting people lawfully. We only use public LinkedIn information about them, and we delete it when you delete your account or when they ask us to.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app.
