These terms are between you and Hanh Consulting Inc., which runs Asnera. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

What Asnera does

Asnera sorts the LinkedIn connections you upload against your offer, looks up their public profiles, and drafts reports and messages for you to review and send yourself. Asnera never logs in to your LinkedIn account and never sends anything for you. Drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for what you send and for checking it is accurate.

Your account and your data

• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You keep ownership of what you upload and what Asnera writes for you.
• You confirm you have the right to use the connections, files and messages you upload, and you will contact people lawfully, including anti-spam and privacy laws where they live.
• How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Do not use Asnera to send spam, harass anyone, break LinkedIn’s rules, resell the service, probe or overload it, or work around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Monthly allowances (runs, reports, sorting and enriching) reset at each renewal and do not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing in Your setup. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a while. If it cannot be collected, or a payment is refunded, the plan ends and paid features stop.
• Credits that come with a plan end with the plan. Prices may include or add tax depending on where you are.
• The free trial includes a small number of credits and runs.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Asnera running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free, and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what you pay for.

Liability

Asnera is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Your setup → Your data. We may close accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
